Why we love baroque pearls

My wife has always loved baroque pearls for their individuality and character, and through her passion I began learning about their origins and artistry.

During our years living in China, we discovered how deeply rooted pearls are in local craftsmanship. In fact, most of the world’s freshwater pearls come from rivers and lakes connected to the Yangtze River basin.

Inspired by their natural beauty, we began collecting baroque pearls and soon thought others might love them too.

All of the photos you see are modeled by my wife, and together we’ve done our best to capture each piece in a simple, natural, and honest way.

The name Le Jardin means “the garden.” Just as every flower in a garden grows in its own shape, we believe pearls are beautiful for their differences.
